How to Log In to 811betapp
Log in to your account 811betapp is quick and straightforward. The login process was designed to be simple, with no unnecessary screens, and works seamlessly on both mobile and desktop. You can access your account with your registered email or your CPF — both are accepted in the identification field.
If you're logging in from a new phone or computer, 811betapp may request an additional confirmation via email or SMS to ensure no one other than you is trying to access the account. This is normal behavior for the platform's security system and takes less than 1 minute to complete.
Access to the 811betapp platform is restricted to users aged 18 and over. If you don't have an account yet, signing up is free and takes less than 3 minutes — plus, new players receive a welcome bonus of up to R$ 1,000.00 on your first deposit via Pix.
Security tip: Never save your 811betapp password on devices shared with others. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for an extra layer of protection — it takes just 1 minute and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

In the login form at the top of this page, click the "Forgot my password" link below the password field. You'll be taken to the account recovery screen.

You'll receive an email with a password reset link within 5 minutes. If it doesn't show up in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
4
Create a new password and log in
Click the link in the email, set a strong new password (at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and symbols), and log in as usual. The reset link expires in 30 minutes for security.
Attention: 811betapp never sends emails asking for your current password. If you receive a message requesting your password or full banking details, ignore it and report it to us immediately via live chat — it may be a phishing attempt.
Log In on Mobile — No App Download Required
The platform 811betapp is fully responsive and runs smoothly on any Android or iPhone, directly in your browser — no app download required. Just open Chrome, Safari, or any other browser, go to the site, and log in as usual.
The 811betapp mobile experience is built to be just as complete as the desktop version: you can place live bets on the Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil, play Fortune Tiger and Gates of Olympus in the slots section, follow UFC cards in real time, enjoy Live Casino with streaming dealers, and make deposits and withdrawals via Pix — all from your phone, wherever you are.
For quick access on mobile in the future, you can save the 811betapp site to your smartphone's home screen. On Android, tap the three-dot menu in Chrome and select "Add to Home Screen." On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen." This makes 811betapp feel just like an app — without taking up any storage space.
Tip: use a stable Wi-Fi connection when following live events and Live Casino streaming sessions. For pre-match Sports Betting and slots, 4G works great — 811betapp loads fast even on slower connections.

Your 811betapp Account Security
A 811betapp uses a set of security measures to protect your account and ensure that only you have access to your balance and personal information. Understanding how this system works helps you use the platform with greater peace of mind.
256-Bit SSL Encryption
All traffic between your phone or computer and 811betapp's servers is encrypted with SSL — the same standard used by banks like Nubank, Itaú, and Bradesco. Your credentials and financial data are never transmitted in plain text.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA in your account settings to receive a verification code via SMS or email every time you log in from a new device. Even if someone gets hold of your password, they won't be able to access your account without the code.
New Device Access Alerts
Whenever your account is accessed from an unfamiliar IP address or device, 811betapp sends you an email alert. If it wasn't you, you can block access and reset your password directly from that email.
Automatic Lock After Suspicious Login Attempts
After multiple failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked to keep it safe. To restore access, simply verify your identity via email or reach out to support through live chat.
Your role in keeping your account secure: Use a unique password for 811betapp — don't reuse passwords from social media or other services. Change your password every 3 months and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat.
Fast Withdrawal After Login — Via Pix
One of the reasons Brazilian players choose 811betapp is how fast withdrawals are. Once you're logged in and your account is verified, requesting a withdrawal via Pix is straightforward: go to the finance section, select Pix, enter the amount in BRL, and confirm. Funds hit your account in up to 15 minutes — any day, any time, including weekends and public holidays.
A few important points about withdrawals at 811betapp:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.
- The destination Pix key must be registered under the same CPF as your account — withdrawals to another person's account are not permitted.
- There are no fees on Pix withdrawals — what you request is exactly what hits your account.
- Withdrawals via boleto bancário or TED take 1 to 2 business days and may be subject to amount limits.
- If you have an active bonus, the bonus balance must meet the rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn. Your real deposit balance can be withdrawn at any time.
For accounts that haven't yet completed identity verification, 811betapp requires you to submit a valid ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address before releasing your first withdrawal. The verification process is completed directly through your account panel and is typically done within a few hours during business hours.
